Atlanta’s Pinky Cole opens multi-million dollar Vegan Restaurant
Atlanta – Yes, you read that correctly – Slutty Vegan. The name itself will arrest you but don’t be so quick to take offense she’s only serving up serious flavor with American fan fare favorites minus the animal meat and or by products via food truck.
Pinky Cole is the visionary behind Atlanta based Slutty Vegan food truck known for it’s 100% plant based burgers.
The vision came to her late one night after she searched the city high and low for “vegan comfort food.” The search left her at a dead end and disappointed not to mention with an empty stomach. However, she turned her frustration into fortune.
The restaurant opens at the perfect time during the veganism movement when many people are refusing meat and instead opting for plant based food alternatives. However, Pinky puts a spin on veganism by affirming her followers that it’s ok to indulge every now and again even if you’re vegan.
Proving to have the instincts of an entrepreneur she saw a problem that affected her personally and immediately sought out a solution.
After six months her business has made millions and customers line the sidewalks of Atlanta to savor the Slutty Vegan flavor from the “pop-up” food truck. Each day customers expect the truck to be in a different location.
Slutty Vegan menu items includes: The Fussy Hussy, The One Night Stand and the Ménage à Trois, which consists of vegan bacon, vegan shrimp, vegan cheese, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato, and their slutty sauce on a vegan Hawaiian bun (one of Cole’s favorites). Each Burger is served with a side of “Slutty Fries.”
But wait! The menu changes daily so patrons should be prepared to have their tastebuds tantalized and provoked with great unexpected pleasures.
Celebrities such as Taraji P Henson – (actress) and Usher Raymond (singer) are among just a few of the stars who have given the nod of approval to Pinky Cole’s creations.
In addition to her food truck you can visit Cole’s Slutty Vegan restaurant in the Westview area of Atlanta which opened in January.
